According to the Oxford Vegetarian Study, obeseity, diet related diabetes, heart disease and cancer are less likely that vegetarians will suffer from, according to medical studies. You can get the key nutrients the body needs with a vegetarian diet according to the British Diabetic Association.
This diet is based on 1800 calories:
